Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Do I have a case if Walmart installed new tires and cause damage to the lug nut or lug stem that holds the tire in place. I tried to get it fix and they didn't do it and brought it to a different Walmart and they said it was unsafe to drive.

Again, you only tell us part of the story. Case for WHAT? When you took it to the second Walmart, they fixed it, correct? Did they charge you? Did you take it somewhere else and pay for the work? A lawsuit requires damages. What are your damages, if any?
