Cell Phone Contracts
If a cell phone company signed up a 16 year old for a contract who is responsible for payment?

Possibly no one. The contract may be voidable depending on facts you didn't provide. This one would be worth seeing a lawyer and paying for a letter on his behalf. My office can do such a letter if that is appropriate.
