I am being charge for long distance calls that I did not make, what should I do if AT$&T keep telling me that I have made these calls and I know I did not

Complain to the state PSC and to the FCC, and also do a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
You also will want to fire ATT when this is sorted out, and hire another phone company. If they can't fix such a simple problem, you should not do business with them.

Surprisingly, it is common for people to ask the question when it was a friend or relative who was using the phone and the poster knew it. If that is the case, you need to take it up with the person making the calls.
