Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

my child was physically abused when a teacher pushed her head against a bare floor, which was the last offense there were others. it was a church daycare inwhich we started to attend one week after she enrolled but the last offense accured in 2004. are we legally entitled to anything after this amount of time,is it any action left to take against this place

Assuming your child was and is still a minor, you can still bring a case. Consult with a local attorney.
