Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
A company came to my house and dug up my septic with out my permission. I came home to find my yard had been dug up the man came down to tell me what happen and apologize but now my tank is leaking water from the ground. I tried to call the man with the number he gave me but I haven't got an call back. I need to know what I need to do if he will not fix the problem right.

Sue them for what it will cost to repair what they did, in Magistrates (Small Claims) court. You will need detailed estimates or actual repair bills.
