Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
consumer complaint
We purchased two Michelin tires in July 2007, to replace two almost new Michelin tires that were damagesd by a road hazard. It was just discovered that I received 4 Kumho tires, a lesser brand, instead. They also kept my two almost new tires unbeknowst to me until now. Do I have any recourse now? I want Michelin tires as that was what I purchased and were already on the car.

What does your sales contract say? Your answer is in there. Since we haven't read it, no one here would know the answer.
