Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I have a contract with a gym. They closed up and open another one under a new name. Is my old contract still valid with the new name gym or do they need to give me a new contract

You may be out of luck altogether depending on whether the new business is a separate corporation. It may be a good idea to contact the state office of consumer affairs and seek their assistance.
