Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Contract Law
I signed a sales order for a brand new vehicle last night. However, it needs two major options installed which they will not initiate until I fund the vehicle purchase. I have not taken possession or signed for acceptance of the vehicle. Am I bound to the purchase?

Re: Contract Law
We do not have your contract. What does it say? Is there a provision that says the contract is not valid and effective unless you take actual possesion of the vehicle? Know what you sign, before you sign.
