Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
contract
i signed for a new car with loan interest for 3yrs. The car is still in car lot not driven out till today. i would like to know if i could pay off the total cost price of the car without having to pay for the interest.

Read the contract you signed, with the terms you agreed to and presumably understood before signing.

That depends on the contract you signed. If the contract has no prepayment penalty you'd only owe interest accrued until the date you pay it.
