Contract on Vehicle Purchase
A person bought a vehicle 5 days ago, paid down payment, etc., has had vehicle for 5 days, contract is signed. Dealership called told customer to come back to lot, the bank wanted to give them a lower interest rate. Customer went back, the sales person asked to see the keys to the vehicle (not sure why) then another member of staff came and told customer that he had to have a co-signer before he could get the vehicle back. Contract signed, deal sealed, down payment paid. What rights does the customer have to this deal?
