Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I have a couple of questions
I am being sued by former friends who claim I owe them money for personal loans, and a cell phone bill that my name is not on.There are no contracts,or any agreements were ever signed by either party.
My question is will this claim hold water with the Magistrate?
Also,I performed some remodel work in their house with the intentions of using the work for payment for the loans, and never recieved credit towards the loans.
Should I counter sue?

Re: I have a couple of questions
You are asking for a guess based on one side of the story, although you then admit to the loans. No one here knows the facts of the transactions, terms of the loans and work, etc. Contact them and work it out prior to getting a judgment against you.
