Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I want to create a textbook exchange website for my university. The university's course catalog is posted online (http://www.unf.edu/catalog/courses/ug/). If I list all of the courses on my website so students can sell books for a specific course. Is that legal?

It depends on what you say and put on the page. The use of the school's name and logo may violate trademark law and copying the list of courses may violate copyright law. The smart move would be to get written permission, and a school might possibly give it. If they don't, don't copy the catalog.
