Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
My daughter registered for classes Monday at a local community college. She got a print out of total fees due and her schedule. She paid the total amount due on the paper they gave her monday ,today. Now it shows she has a 50.00 balance due. They said summer institutional fees went up so she would have to pay 50.00 more to be considered enrolled. The paper does not say prices are subject to change. Can they do this, legally?

No one here has the "paper" or "print out" you reference, but the first question that you did not answer is why you believe it serves as a contract that the school can't raise tuition. Schools raise tuition and fees all the time.
