Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I went to a dealership to purchase a car. They were not able to get me financed because of incorrect information I gave on the application. I have possession of the vehicle for 28 days but had to get it back. Now they will not give me back my down payment of $2000 or my vehicle I traded in. Do I have any legal rights?

Maybe, but it is hard to give you a response without some information you left out. For example, why do they say they won't give you back the money or vehicle? It is hard to believe they have been silent on that issues and obviously that might provide the other side to the story.
