Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
What's the definition of "household" in state of georgia law? Is there any possibility that a company count two persons that doesn't live in the same city as members of the same household? I always thought a household can only be one or more people that are registred under the same adress.

It depends on the reason it is being counted, and who is doing the counting. You did not tell us that important information.
