Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
denied service
Can a business deny you service. With the exception of not providing service due to your religion, race, etc. Which would be a civil rights violation. Is there a law saying they can deny you service for a ''just because'' reason? I do not mean if you are a card counter going into a casino. Or go into a business and get thrown out due to your actiions. BE SPECIFFIC in the reply.

Re: denied service
The general answer is "yes." You can't generally force someone to do business with you. Obviously, you provided no facts on which to base a more specific response.
