Can I sue someone who sold me a dirtbike stating it was a certain year but turned out to be five years older than what was said?

It depends on what the Bill of Sale or sales contract says. You didn't post that so we cannot answer you.

Can you sue, and should you sue are two different things. What is the difference in value between dirt bikes? Presumably, you still inspected and rode it and knew what you were getting. That is not to say you might not have a valid claim (depending on the paperwork), but what is the time and expense of obtaining and then collecting a judgment?
