Can I file a lawsuit due to drinking expired OJ that is a month old from a nationwide chain?

Sure you can. You can waste your time and money trying to get a huge lottery win merely because drank expired orange juice. What did you see when you checked the expiration date on the container?

If you were harmed by the juice, you could sue for the damages from that harm. Unless there was harm, there is no case.
You would have to explain your negligence in not looking at the date.
Unless there was harm, return your OJ container to the store and they'll give you a refund.
