How can I file a claim a corporation that is not registered with the state of Georgia?

what type of "claim" are you talking about.

The answer depends on many factors, including where the company is located, headquartered, etc. and whether it is doing business in Georgia. You may have to file suit outside of the state. Also, look to any contracts you may have signed. They may dictate how to resolve a dispute with the company.
