Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
six flag season pass use
My 15 yo son and friend went to 6 flags and the friend had his season pass and that of his younger brother to gain admittance to the park. Determining that my son was not the owner of the season pass, the gates people summoned security and took possession of both boys passes. I was called to pick of the boys at loss prevention and sign forms to release them and indicate that I was aware of what their offense was. One form stated that they could be charged a fine of $150 for their offense and I verbally clarified with the security personnel that the fine was only in the case of the boys returning to the park within a 12 month period. Now I received letter from their attorney saying it is a ''demand that we pay the $150 to satisfy this civil matter. Is this a scare tactic or a true fine.

Re: six flag season pass use
We do not know what you signed, but apparently it involved language about a $150 payment. What you "clarified" with someone is much less important than what you actually signed. That is the first place to start, before anyone here can guess what it says.
