Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I found a remote control-like thing in my tub of Great Value yogurt from Walmart that I found after eating half the tub. Is there anything that could become of that? There is paint coming off of the remote and mixing in with the yogurt. I'm just wondering what should happen even though I don't have the receipt.

Unless you swallow it and die or something, you have no damages (and no legal case).
If you go to the store and show it to the manager (or call the corporate office) they will replace your yogurt and if you ask nicely they probably will give you a few extra coupons.
