Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Fraud?
I purchased a used car from an individual -- a friend -- on time and she told me that she would keep the title until I paid it in full. Long story short, despite numerous requests that she deliver the title to me so I could register the car, she finally confessed that when she sold me the car the title had been in pawn, was still in pawn and it would take her months to get it out of pawn. Do I have any recourse?
