Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Furniture
I bought a bedroom that should have been delivered to me 1 month ago, the store closed and they sent me to another store of the same chain, but they never give me an answer on when they will deliver my bedroom. Can I file a claim with a legal institution?

Re: Furniture
If the store that closed is in fact part of a chain, the parent company is responsible. They probably are having a paperwork nightmare. You can go to small claims court and get the forms, without filing at this point. Then you can fill out the forms and send them to the company (certified mail), telling them that if the matter is not resolved within X number of days, you will file.
