Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Does Ga. have a FOIA law?

I am trying to get some info from the City of Kennesaw.

Does Ga. have a FOIA law?

If so, where can I find it?

If not, does the Federal FOIA apply to Kennesaw?

Kennesaw's web site will give you any county ordinances on point--follow the links from the Cobb County web-site. Georgia does have a law of sorts regarding disclosure of public information. I am unaware of the scope of the federal FOIA law but would presume that it doesnt apply to states or municipalities. You did not mention what information you were wanting.
