I had signed up for a trial period with them on two of there products and haven't seen nothing, and on top of that they want give me my money back and charge me for the products that I havent gotten. I cancel within the trial date but they say I didn't. I don't know what to do I want my money back thats all but they want give it to me.

Who are you going to sue (the specific corporate entity), where are they located, and how are you going to collect -- after spending hundreds or thousands on a lawsuit, and a significant amount of time? Don't give out your account numbers, and only use a credit card for online transactions, so you can do a chargeback.
No one here has read your contract. You have. You will need to take your contract to a lawyer for review.
