Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I want to know grounds for repossion of a vehicle. I paid on a car for 52 months, I only have two payments left, note was due July 24th, car was gone this morning (8-5-09) There was nothing indicating I was near repossion.

You should have your contract, and you know what payments were made and when.

If you were even one day late you breached your contract. If you read it you will see that can repossess the car. If you act quickly you might get it back (probably by paying off the loan).
