Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Hello
I purchased a used car from a reputable dealership. Less than 30 days I was in a accident due to corroded breaklines. Driving on the hwy, but the breaks and they went straight to the floor. The dealership refused to make the repairs at no charge. Stating that the corrosion happen after I purchased the car... There is no way that type of corrosion happen in 3weeks. Can I pursue this legally?

If you chose to buy the car "as is" without a warranty, it was your responsibility the minute you signed the paperwork and drove it off the lot. That is why you either buy from a place that provides a warranty, or you have the car checked out by an independent mechanic before you purchase.
