Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Can hotel/motel management check your belongings or search your room when ever they feel like it? What rights do I have. Is this not invasion of privacy or some form of harassment. Other than leaving what can be done?

Since you provided no actual facts about what really happened, no one can give you a good response to what can be done. It does absolutely no good to ask a question like "can they do this whenever they feel like it..?"

The answer is on the form you sign at check-in (and sometimes may be posted on the door). Did you read it? What did it say?
