Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

II was eating at chick file a where I ordered a milkshake and they put nuts in my milkshake and I ended up having a reaction to nuts. I know I am allergic to nuts and i told them about it and they was not concern at all I had to go to the emergency room for treatment. I was itching and throat tingling what I need to do about the situation. I cal the restaurant and the manager was rude to me.

You can call Truett Cathy's office in Hapeville. His staff is very friendly and likely they will pay your ER bill and also send you some coupons. Chick Fil A has a well deserved reputation for wanting their managers to be proactive and helpful so if you have evidence to the contrary, and present it politely, I suspect you will resolve things.

If that fails and the bill is a few hundred dollars or less, sue in small claims court.

If the bill is larger or there is a lasting injury, see a lawyer.
