Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
The insurance company is telling us we have to take their offer on our RV that they are saying is totalled. We feel it is to low based on the RV worth we have reserched on the internet. We need to know what recource we have. They will not budge and will not fix it. The insurance company is Progressive.

You can file a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner, but don't expect anything to happen from that complaint (as far as Progressive changing their stance). Your only other option would be to sue Progressive (unless your RV was damaged due to someone else's negligence). Then you sue the other driver.
However, you should speak to an attorney before you file anything.
