Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Intercontinental Hotels Group offers a Best Price Guarantee. Price on their own website should always be the lowest everywhere. If not, customer will get the first night of the stay for free. Relevant Part of their T&C says:

"If an individual or members of the same household make multiple claims for two or more nights in the same seven (7) day period at the same IHG hotel or at different IHG hotels within fifty (50) miles of each other, the claims will be treated as, and limited to, one claim for one stay, even if booked through more than one reservation, and only the Best Price Guarantee claim for the first night will be honored. https://www.ihg.com/hotels/us/en/customer-care/lowest-internet-rate-terms-conditions"

I booked one night on my name, my friend (she live in another state) also booked a night on her name. Business said we are a household so we violated against the T&C. They closed our accounts and disqualified us from any future usage of their guarantee. Can they count us as household even we doesn't live in the same state? Is there any loop hole about this in Georgia Law which they can use?

You've obviously left out a lot that is essential to an answer. The hotel never would have known the two of you even knew each other unless one of you added a lot of unsolicited information not in your post. Regardless, the "guarantee" has so many holes and leaves so many outs that you would not have a legal case, and, if you did, it would be limited to the amount covered by the guarantee. This is thus a consumer matter and not a legal matter. You have two options: (1) Write the company CEO directly and see if he wants you as a customer, and (2) If he does not, boycott that hotel chain for life as they have sent you a message that you are not a valued customer. From now on you use Hilton, Marriott, etc.
