Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
''As is where is'' law
I traded a boat for a PWC and on the bill of sale I had stated that said vehicle is sold in ''as is'' condition and where currently located. Now the the purchaser decided he made a bad trade and wants to me to trade back, can he do that?
