Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Is it legal for a company to charge you a service fee to come out to your home if no work was performed at all. The company did not even set foot in the door.

No one here knows the agreement you made when you called them out, as you left out the most important details that you should know. In addition, your post is very vague on what they were supposed to do, or what they did. Many contractors obviously don't need to come in the house. If you are going to intentionally leave out part of the story, you won't get the response (and ammo) you seek.
