Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

What's legal re: picketing a business who provide poor service?

I recently purchased sod and felt I was deceived/lied to regarding the delivery time. In addition, the product was now of very good quality. I wrote of my complaints to the local manager and the district manager and got no response. I wrote to the customer service department on their website and got no response. I wish to stand on the corner near their business with a large sign and let the public know that they provide a lousy service/product. What consumer rights do I have? What's legal and what isn't?

Thanks.

Constitutional Rights

You might also want to contact or send your complaints to the Governor's Office of Consumers' Affairs to see if it can be of some service.

You have the constitutional rights to state your opinion of a business or service, however, the business might still file a lawsuit to try to stop you from making such opinions, but it is not because you are doing anything illegal. The short answer is yes, you can say if a company provided service that in your opinion is not good based on the service it provided to you, but remember that people do file lawsuits. If you are still unsure, you may want to contact an attorney and speak to the attorney directly.
