Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Is the lemon law effective for buy her pay her cars in the state of Ga? Do I have 30 days and under 15,000 miles for repairs such as Axel following off the a car bought within this time frame?

The lemon law applies to new cars. Otherwise, your warranty, or your buying it "as is" controls (with exceptions for such things as fraud). You should never buy a car without having it checked out first, and avoid buy here/pay here lots because this is normally what happens (along with the financial problems).

The answer did not change since you posted yesterday. You get to pay for the axel. There is no lemon law for used cars. As stated yesterday, you were warned. The as is sticker was your warning.
