Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Lemon Law
I purchased a used car last September. The car was sold to me with a corroded and rusted engine. At time of purchase I was given an extended warranty at no cost to me. The problem is that the warranty will not cover any of the repairs because of the rust and the corrosions. My question is does this fall under the lemon law? If so what can I do about this?

The lemon law applies to new cars. You can get more information (and faster) with a google search.
