Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
We live in GA. We bought a camper on line from KY. to put on our land in KY. The camper was unlivable. We have all the text and photos that we need to prove that we were ripped off. Text sent were :camper value 3500 to 4000 not true, length of camper 35 ft. it is 26 ft. no leaks not true, ready to live in not true. We called Sheriff who took his statement, not ours. How do we start the process of getting our money back. We have to try, we have no choice. Thank you

You may not have a claim at all. Whether you do depends on the language of the written sales contract. If the language refers to an as is sale you may have no claim at all. If you do have a claim, it is not a police matter, and you likely would need a lawyer, in the state where the seller is.
