Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I live in georgia and sent a money order 75.00 for an online product, i never received the item, the seller lives in LA, how can i get a refund for 75.00 money order, no tracking information either, small claims court or am i outta luck?

You are asking for a guess about how you get a refund as obviously no one here knows the details. However, sending a money for something you found online is rarely going to mean anything other than out of luck. As far as small claims, who would you sue and how would you collect? It is a $75 lesson.
You probably could sue, if you feel like flying to California. Realistically, your $75 is probably gone.
You have learned a valuable lesson. You never do mail or online orders with a money order. Always use a credit card, as you can do a chargeback if things go wrong. Never ever use moneu orders or checks.
