Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I live in the a state of GA and purchased a used vehicle a little over a month ago. At that time i was told I would receive the information to register my car in the mail. 31 days later I have not received anything.
According to my county's tag office the dealer has not done the title work. However, according to the dealer they have done all the necessary paperwork and the state is just "dragging their feet" for done unknown reason.
I have been able to get a 30 day extension on my temporary tags for the time being, but I losing faith that this will be resolved before that time period is up. What are my options, if any?

This is a problem with many dealers and the dealer is usually at fault. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau will probably get the dealer's attention.
