Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
i've been living in my apartment two yrs.now the firm that runs the criminal background check found that i had a mismendor warrant for municipal ordaiance and prositution in another state,back then this was in 1994-1995.and i was in an abusive relationship,didn;t have a stable address,living here and there.finally one nite i got tired of that man beating on me,so when i got a chance i left an got back to georgia,i forgotten all about these charges.my landlord said that these charges were recent,but there not,can they evict me?
