Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I got a loan for 2000 on 27th Aug but I couldn't cash the check because the lender forgot to endorse It so I went back to the lender, they endorsed the check, I later realize I didn't have anything explaining the monthy so I went back up there, they printed out the schedule pymts. Two days later I received a call say I needed to sign two more forms, I told them I'll check my calender. The next day i tried to cash the check the teller called to verify the check and they told her not to cash it. Well this made me mad I was in the middle of a emergency and wasn't never told I couldn't cash the check they would've never got my title. I call and advise them this is very unprofessional and I was confused how they could deny their side of the deal. I told the guy I wanted my title back and they could have their check, he told me to bring the check and they would cancel the transaction. Of course when I got there they tried to forces me to" just sign" I told them I never saw those forms and don't agree to them I rather my title. They than tell me I have to pay the interest on a check I can't even cash n had for 5 days due to all their errors, she blamed it on the employee say he's in training but we can't give you the title with out the interest and you can't cash the check into you sign.

Read the response on the other forum. Either keep fighting it out with the lender and possibly wake up and find your care gone, or hire a lawyer today or tomorrow to work it out. You can also try the GA Office of Consumer Affairs. From your post, you also let this go on much longer than you should have. It should have been resolved one way or the other in a couple days, not several weeks.
