How long do I have to get out of a direct tv contract?
The terms and agreement form does not say.

You should know how long your contract term is - we certainly don't and you decided to leave out that important detail. When your time is up, call and cancel. Otherwise, what do you mean by "get out of?"

If there is no provision for early termination, you are stuck with the contract until the last day of the contract. There is no recission period unless teh contract says one.
