How long to you have to return a car and get back down payment after signing agreement in the state of georgia.

Once you sign, you own the car and there is no period in which to return a car.

Ditto - no cooling off period for a car sale. The exception is if the dealer hae a right of return policy, like "return in 5 days, no questions asked".
