Married 2002 Minnesota, left husband 2004, moved to Florida been here for 12 years husband has filed for assistance by the state of Minnesota wants my assets! Everything I have was prior to marriage 401 K from 1992- 1997. I bought condo 1997 and sold condo 2002 all prior to marriage. Husband sold commercial property worth $300,000.00 during the past year or two. No legal divorce or separation, is he going to get anything?
