Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Membership Cancellation
3 days ago, I signed a private golf club membership, but I'd like to cancel now.
Does Georgia Law protect consumers in a way that I can cancel a membership after few days of trial with full refund?
Thanks
Gene

Re: Membership Cancellation
What are the terms of the contract? Does it have a provision saying you can cancel? Contract are generally valid when the ink dries, except in very limited circumstances (health clubs/spas, door-to-door salesmen, off-premises sales).
