metal piece in kroger english muffin

i am just wondering if this is something that should be brought to a suit. i made an egg with an english muffin from kroger a(still have the muffin and package from it) and bit into something that i thot' was maybe a filling or something and came across this very small almost looks like a bullet shell. have no idea what it is , but i lknow it wasn't in the skillet i cooked. scared me to death and glad it didn't break a tooth.

From your post, you have no damages whatsoever. I am not sure why you would wonder about whether a lawsuit should be filed. Lawsuits are generally for people who have suffered damages, such as medical expenses. Take the muffin, package and object to Kroger, speak with the manager, and maybe they'll be able to track down the problem (IF it is on their end). You'll likely get some coupons or gift certificate. Incidents like this are not winning the lottery.

Since you were not injured, you do not have a legal problem. Return the package to Kroger and they will give you a refund or a new package.
