I went to a club one night and paid to have my vehicle parked up close when I came out of the club, my vehicle was gone. Is the Club owner lialbe

In most cases, highly unlikely. Most likely, you received a notice that waived liability - on your ticket. While that does not cover all cases, generally, the criminal act of one person (the thief) is not attributable to to anyone else (ie, the club or the valet service). Otherwise, no one would ever provide valet service. If the valet was in on the theft, obviously it is a different issue.
