How can you say they did not notify you when you just told us it is in the contract that you have in your possession? Did you mean to say that you failed to read your contract before signing it? Either way, while the dealer may have slipped it in somewhat underhandedly, you made the last decision to sign the contract and agree to all the terms contained in the contract. You can complain to the GA COnsumer Affairs, BBB, or other places, but it is rarely possible to get out of a valid contract you signed. If there is a reason, we don't have the contract to review. It might be an expensive lesson.

How do you plan to sue yourself? You're the at-fault party.

You are supposed to read contracts before you sign them. If you make the foolish mistake of waiting until after, you are bound by the consequences.

You were notified. You chose not to pay attention. And that will cost you some money. Treat it as an expensive life-lesson that you must read everything before signing (and that if it involves a lot of money or something unclear, you show it to a lawyer before signing).
