nursing home question
my cousin is in a nursing home and she had her mail sent to my house including her checks that were supposed to have been going to the home that i was not aware of so now they are wanting me to pay the money back so what are the rights on this i kept all my receipts that i spent the money on thanks--name removed-- she ask me to sign her checks so i did and i was afraid of this

It does not matter if you kept the reciepts for spending money you obtained by signing someone else's check (otherwise known as a felony). You do not say who it is that wants the money back, but I suggest you cooperate with the party who wrote the check, and the party supposed to get the funds, and get the money to the appropriate person.
