Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
i ordered a computer online.. in two weeks i received a computer but not the one i ordered.. packing slip was correct and with my name and product i ordered but invoice inside the box was addressed to someone else and the computer build matched that invoice.. the computer in the box is roughly a 50% upgrade when compared to the one i ordered and was charged for.. is it legal for me to keep this computer?
